Job Description
REMOTE(india) Bros Labs, full-time. You work directly with the founder.
Who we are looking for
Someone who has done the unglamorous parts of SEO with their own hands: haggled with guest post sellers, fixed a broken sitemap at midnight, rewritten a writer's draft, and watched the rankings move because of it. If you like owning results more than presenting slides, keep reading.
About us
We run five ecommerce brands that sell to customers in the US, Europe and India. Small team.
What you will be doing
- Growing rankings and organic sales across five sites, a mix of WordPress and Shopify.
- Building links the practical way: finding sites, negotiating prices, placing guest posts, and keeping an honest record of what was paid and what it did.
- Handling the technical side yourself: Search Console, indexing problems, schema, internal linking, small site fixes.
- Running our content: planning topics, writing briefs, checking drafts, and publishing. You will manage one writer and one junior SEO.
- Running Google Ads & meta ads for the stores: search and shopping campaigns, Merchant Center feeds, conversion tracking, weekly tuning.
- Getting our pages picked up by ChatGPT and Google AI: llms.txt, FAQ content, structured answers.
- Writing a short weekly report every Monday: what moved, what you spent, what you are changing next.
What you need to bring
- At least 2 years of ecommerce SEO, with sites you can show ranking today.
- You have personally bought and placed 50 or more guest posts. You know real prices and can spot a fake seller.
- You have run Google Ads with Merchant Center for a store, not just watched someone else do it.
- You have fixed indexing or schema issues yourself on WordPress or Shopify.
- You have managed at least one writer or junior before, and they got better.
- You write clearly. Most of our work happens in Slack and in your weekly report.
Good to have
- Meta or Reddit ads.
- Experience with expensive products or hardware, where one sale matters.
How we work
Fully remote, Indian hours, a short update in Slack each day. The company owns every account and pays every vendor, you just tell us what to pay and why. There are no layers between you and the decision maker.
How to apply
Send us one site you grew, with traffic before and after. Add three guest posts you placed, with what you paid, and one Google Ads account you ran, with spend and results. That is more useful to us than a long CV.
