About the Role

ZeusInfinity Services is a fast-growing global marketing and technology company helping B2B SaaS and service businesses scale through full-stack growth strategies.

We are looking for a Growth SEO Specialist who goes beyond traditional SEO someone who can drive conversion-led organic growth, leverage product-led SEO (PLG) frameworks, optimize for AI-driven search (AEO), and build data-driven SEO systems that directly impact revenue.

This role is not just about rankings it's about traffic activation conversion revenue.

Core Responsibilities

1. Growth-Led SEO Strategy (CRO + PLG Focus)
  • Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with revenue and conversion goals
  • Build CRO-driven SEO funnels (Impression Click Engagement Conversion)
  • Identify and optimize:
  • High-intent keyword clusters
  • Bottom-of-funnel and product-led pages
  • Conversion drop-off points in organic journeys
  • Work closely with product/service teams to:
  • Build PLG SEO assets (tools, calculators, comparison pages, landing flows)
  • Align SEO with user activation and onboarding journeys

2. Advanced SEO + AEO (AI Search Optimization)
  • Optimize content for:
  • Search engines (Google)
  • Answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Implement:
  • Structured data / schema for AI discoverability
  • Entity-based SEO and topical authority building
  • Build strategies for:
  • Featured snippets
  • Zero-click searches
  • AI-generated answer visibility

3. Data-Driven SEO & Analytics
  • Drive SEO decisions using:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Heatmaps / user behavior tools
  • Analyze:
  • CTR gaps
  • Conversion rates from organic traffic
  • Funnel drop-offs
  • Run experiments (A/B testing) on:
  • Meta titles/descriptions
  • Landing pages
  • Content structure
  • Build dashboards and insights for:
  • Traffic quality (not just quantity)
  • Revenue attribution from SEO

4. SEO Execution Excellence
  • Execute:
  • Technical SEO audits & fixes
  • Internal linking strategies (cluster-based)
  • Content optimization (EEAT + intent match)
  • Manage:
  • Content refresh strategies
  • Indexing and crawl optimization
  • Identify and fix:
  • Low-value pages
  • Duplicate content
  • Indexing inefficiencies

5. Automation & Scalable Systems
  • Build and manage scalable SEO systems and workflows
  • Leverage AI tools for:
  • Content briefs
  • Keyword clustering
  • Internal linking
  • Reporting automation
  • Create repeatable frameworks for:
  • Content production
  • Link building
  • SEO audits

6. Project Ownership & Delivery
  • Manage multiple SEO projects with clear:
  • Weekly plans
  • Deliverables
  • Deadlines
  • Track:
  • Team productivity
  • Capacity utilization
  • Ensure speed + quality execution

7. Client Communication & Strategic Ownership
  • Act as the primary SEO/growth point of contact
  • Present:
  • Growth strategies
  • Performance insights
  • Conversion-focused reports
  • Shift conversations from:
  • rankings business outcomes (leads/revenue)

8. Innovation & Growth Thinking
  • Continuously explore:
  • New SEO trends (AI search, PLG, programmatic SEO)
  • Growth loops & organic acquisition models
  • Bring ideas that:
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Reduce CAC via SEO
  • Accelerate organic growth velocity

RequirementsExperience & Skills
  • 47 years of experience in:
  • SEO (mandatory)
  • CRO / Conversion optimization
  • SEO analytics / performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of:
  • PLG SEO / product-led growth concepts
  • User journeys & funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
  • Experience in:
  • Running SEO experiments / A/B testing
  • Improving CTR, engagement, and conversion from organic traffic

Modern SEO & AI Readiness
  • Exposure to:
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • AI-driven search ecosystem
  • Familiarity with:
  • ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Frase, or similar tools
