We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on SEO Specialist who can lead SEO execution across multiple projects with speed, innovation, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end SEO campaigns for multiple client projects.
- Develop content strategies aligned with ICP pain points and downstream conversion goals.
- Identify keyword clusters, competitor gaps, backlink opportunities, and ranking accelerators.
- Execute on-page SEO, technical SEO audits, schema implementation, and off-page link-building strategies.
- Set up and manage downstream SEO funnels (content traffic lead gen).
2. Campaigns & Automation
- Build and manage repeatable SEO activity pipelines (e.g., ABC backlinks, content publication calendars, outreach campaigns, guest posting, HARO/PR backlinks, etc.).
- Leverage AI & automation tools to scale SEO research, interlinking, reporting, and content briefs.
- Explore innovative strategies to improve organic performance through modern SEO & marketing stacks.
3. Project & Task Management
- Create weekly SEO task plans, allocate work to team members, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain SEO boards and tasks in the project management tool (e.g., Quire) for clear visibility.
- Monitor capacity utilization across SEO team members and adjust allocations proactively.
- Collaborate with content writers, backlink specialists, and designers to ensure seamless execution.
4. Client Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary SEO point of contact for 23 client projects simultaneously.
- Join strategy & review calls with clients; present reports and insights confidently.
- Prepare and share monthly SEO performance reports (rankings, traffic, leads, backlinks, content, etc.).
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
5. Strategy & Innovation
- Continuously analyze competitors, new SEO tools, and evolving trends to keep strategies sharp.
- Come up with out-of-the-box ideas for faster ranking improvements and lead generation.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape SEO frameworks, processes, and best practices.
6. Cross-Channel Growth Orientation
- Show willingness to explore full-stack marketing capabilities including LinkedIn branding, Meta Ads, and outbound campaigns.
- Work closely with the LinkedIn marketing team to align SEO & branding for maximum visibility.
Key Requirements
- 36 years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B / SaaS / agency environments.
- Strong expertise in on-page, technical SEO, off-page, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Frase, etc.) for SEO research and execution.
- Excellent understanding of SEO funnels, lead generation through content, and downstream traffic strategies.
- Prior experience with task planning and project management tools is a must.
- Basic exposure or willingness to learn LinkedIn / Meta branding and paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for speed and quality.
Good to Have
- Experience managing or mentoring small SEO/content teams.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms or CRM funnels.
- Understanding of broader digital marketing beyond SEO.
