Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of driving organic growth, improving keyword rankings, and developing strategic SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and well-versed in the latest search engine algorithms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
- Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
- Work closely with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical).
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, search intent, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or large websites is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an added advantage.
