About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic SEO & Website Development Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and ensuring smooth website performance. If you are passionate about SEO, digital growth, and website management, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes
- Create, optimize, and publish blogs, articles, and website content
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks
- Manage overall website performance, updates, and content management
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics and website performance
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement SEO best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and website management
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Experience in content creation (blogs, articles, web copy)
- Familiarity with WordPress/Shopify/other CMS platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
