About the Role - We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Organic Growth Strategy. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing SEO campaigns that drive sustainable organic traffic, improve search visibility, and maximize business growth.

As search is rapidly evolving with AI-powered search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs), we are looking for someone who understands both traditional SEO and emerging AI Search Optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits.
• Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, rendering, and website performance issues.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and Page Experience metrics.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and structured data implementation.
• Perform website migration audits and SEO quality assurance.

On-Page SEO

• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, internal linking, and URL architecture.
• Conduct keyword mapping and content optimization.
• Improve topical relevance and semantic SEO implementation.
• Create and maintain SEO-friendly site structures.

Content & Organic Growth

• Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Build keyword clusters and topical authority strategies.
• Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing SEO content.
• Develop content briefs aligned with user intent and search demand.
• Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities.

AI Search & LLM Optimization (2026–2027)

• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences and answer engines.
• Implement LLM visibility strategies for platforms such as:
• OpenAI ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Anthropic Claude
• Microsoft Copilot
• Perplexity AI Perplexity
• Understand AI citation patterns, entity optimization, knowledge graph signals, and AI discoverability.
• Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Search Optimization strategies.
• Create content structures that improve visibility in AI-generated answers and summaries.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
• Analyze ranking fluctuations and execute ranking recovery strategies.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. 

Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have

• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO and On-Page SEO.
• Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors.
• Experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• SEMrush
• Ahrefs
• Screaming Frog
• PageSpeed Insights
• Experience in website audits and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ranking recovery and penalty analysis.
• Knowledge of Content SEO and Topical Authority.
• Experience with schema markup and structured data.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SEO.
• Experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and prompt engineering.
