Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, performing SEO audits, building link strategies, and analyzing web data to ensure our content and platforms achieve high search engine rankings. You will collaborate with the content and development teams to implement strategies that enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital properties.

Qualifications

• Experience running LinkedIn outreach via HeyReach, Expandi, or comparable tools
• 2+ years managing outbound or growth campaigns for B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with intent-data plays (job-board signals, funding triggers, tech-stack changes)
• Experience managing offshore contractors via WhatsApp, Slack, or Loom
• Familiarity with sales-tech, RevOps, or customer-facing software categories
• Demonstrated daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex on production work within the last 90 days
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub: clone, branch, commit, push, open pull requests
• Proven ability to build cold email sequences end-to-end in GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Instantly, or lemlist
