Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented SEO Specialist who has strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with a good understanding of U.S. industries, keywords, and online behavior.
The ideal candidate will help grow Netbounce's brand presence, increase website traffic, and optimize search performance for U.S.-targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on U.S.-based markets and audiences.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting the U.S. job placement and staffing sector.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking for better organic rankings.
- Audit and fix technical SEO issues related to site structure, speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
- Manage tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Ubersuggest.
- Collaborate with the development and content team to ensure SEO-friendly website design and updates.
- Build and maintain backlink strategies through ethical link-building methods.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using data dashboards and analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and implement best practices proactively.
- Research competitor SEO activity in U.S. IT recruitment and job placement domains.
- Recommend and execute improvements for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 24 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Executive.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, schema markup, robots.txt, page speed, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and PPC optimization is a plus.
- Solid understanding of U.S.-based market trends and keyword intent.
- Strong written communication skills for content recommendations.
