Search Engine Optimization Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in the IT Services / Software industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, ranking factors, and search intent.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and mobile optimization.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Basic knowledge of PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends and competition, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal links, and overall on-page elements.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, broken links, site speed, schema, and website architecture.
• Improve website structure, navigation, and mobile-friendliness for better search performance and user experience.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and overall SEO performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize SEO-driven content.
• Support AEO, GEO, and AI Search optimization initiatives.
• Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging search technologies, and adapt strategies accordingly.
