About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to improve our organic visibility, increase search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search performance
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity mapping
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with developers
- Optimize site speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks
- Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages
- Monitor ranking shifts and algorithm updates; adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across the website and campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience using SEO tools:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics / GA4
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Screaming Frog
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS or IT service websites
- Knowledge of content marketing and keyword-driven content planning
- Experience with schema markup / structured data
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
