GEO / AEO / SEO Specialist

Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for improving organic visibility and search performance for client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, implementing on-page optimization, and managing link-building initiatives in line with ethical and industry best practices. The specialist will monitor and analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaboration with content creators, developers, and account managers is expected to ensure SEO is integrated into campaigns and aligned with overall digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and map keywords to content and landing pages.
• Experience conducting GEO, AEO , SEO audits, including technical, content, and site-structure evaluations.
• Proficiency in ethical link building practices and off-page optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Previous experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
• Relevant education or certifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are beneficial.
