Role Description
As a Senior SEO Executive, you will own the organic growth engine for client and internal properties — translating search intent into visibility, traffic, and measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a modern understanding of search — where traditional SEO intersects with AI-driven discovery, answer engines, and evolving SERP behaviors. You will drive both foundational SEO and forward-looking strategies aligned to how users search today.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SEO execution across client websites and MAVIP platforms
- Conduct detailed SEO audits (technical, on-page, content, backlink profile) and translate insights into prioritized action plans
- Build keyword and search intent strategies aligned to business outcomes, not just rankings
- Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals in coordination with tech teams
- Lead on-page optimization across landing pages, blogs, and conversion-focused assets
- Work with content teams to build structured, SEO-led content ecosystems (topic clusters, pillar pages, entity mapping)
- Track and improve performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Drive authority-building through high-quality backlinks and digital PR opportunities
- Continuously adapt SEO strategy based on algorithm updates and SERP shifts
- Align SEO efforts with broader GTM campaigns and demand generation initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or B2B/technology environment preferred)
- Strong expertise in technical SEO (indexing, crawlability, site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Clear understanding of AI-influenced search ecosystems (Google SGE, answer engines, zero-click searches, entity-based SEO)
- Ability to optimize for both traditional rankings and AI-generated visibility
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills across content, design, and development teams
- Structured problem-solving approach with ability to prioritize high-impact actions
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
