Search Engine Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. Applications are invited for the SEOSpecialist position:

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO health: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile performance
• Conduct regular site audits and prioritise fixes in coordination with the web development team
• Build and maintain a keyword strategy mapped to programme pages, course content, and learner intent
• Develop content cluster architecture and brief the content team for SEO-driven blog and landing page creation
• Monitor GSC, GA4, and ranking tools daily: identify drops, opportunities, and anomalies before they become problems
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the SEO agency, review deliverables, Challenge gaps, and enforce SLAs
• Evaluate monthly agency reports critically: separate meaningful organic growth from vanity metrics
• Approve or reject agency-recommended content and link-building strategies based on brand fit and compliance

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience not just overseeing an agency, but actually doing the work
• Understand the education sector search landscape: high-intent queries, course comparison pages, and institution-level brand SEO
