At SkillX, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving the organization's online visibility and 

organic search performance. The role involves optimizing website content, implementing SEO 

strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics to drive website traffic, 

lead generation, and brand awareness. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

● Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth and improved search 

rankings. 

● Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search engines. 

● Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to enhance website performance. 

● Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO performance metrics. 

● Execute link-building and backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority.  

● Conduct regular website audits and recommend improvements for better search visibility. 

● Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. 

● Analyze competitor SEO strategies and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. 

● Track and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search 

Console. 

● Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO best practices. 

● Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives through effective organic search 

optimization.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

● Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.  

● 2-3 year experience in SEO

● Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing. 

● Strong understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms. 

● Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques. 

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. 

● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
