We're looking for an SEO professional who can take ownership of our websites organic growth and help turn search traffic into qualified leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: Audit websites, improve crawlability and indexing, and coordinate fixes for site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects and other technical issues.
• On-Page & Content SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimise website pages, strengthen internal linking and build content plans around relevant search intent.
• Off-Page SEO: Build relevant, quality backlinks through ethical outreach, digital PR and brand mention opportunities.
• AI Search Visibility: Apply AEO and GEO principles to improve content discoverability across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio to track organic traffic, conversions and performance, with clear recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Working knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI-powered search.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with content and website teams.
• Experience in education, coaching, wellness or spiritual brands is a plus.
