This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, located in Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing e-commerce strategies, overseeing operations in online marketplaces, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns. The candidate will also lead project management initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Proven experience and expertise in E-Commerce and Online Marketplace operations
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills for driving revenue and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating market data, performance metrics, and trends
• Effective Project Management skills for planning and executing strategic initiatives
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field (Master's degree preferred)
• Familiarity with the furniture or retail industry is a plus
