About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who can own and scale organic growth for a fast-growing fintech company. The role focuses on improving search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing conversion funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
• Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals and target audience (global SaaS, fintech companies)
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, and blog content
• Perform technical audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema)

Performance & Analytics:

• Track and analyse SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Improve organic rankings for high-intent keywords
• Drive organic traffic and conversions (demo requests, sign-ups)
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

Off-Page SEO:

• Build and execute backlink strategies
• Develop partnerships for guest posting and domain authority improvement

Collaboration:

• Work closely with content, design, and product teams
• Support landing page optimisation for marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website optimisation
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC)
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech is preferred
