Role Overview

Location - Gurgaon, On-Site Role

We're hiring an SEO/GEO Associate who is results-driven, not activity-driven.

At Tech it!, search is not just about rankings — it's about traffic quality, conversion, and revenue impact.

You'll work on scaling organic growth for D2C brands using a mix of SEO fundamentals, AI-driven workflows, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

What You'll Do

  • Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion across key pages (PDPs, collections, content)
  • Conduct keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities
  • Optimize on-page SEO (meta, content, internal linking, structure)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to scale content, audits, and optimization workflows
  • Track performance via GSC, GA4, and other tools
  • Work closely with product, content, and dev teams to implement changes

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • Experience in SEO for e-commerce / D2C brands
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and search intent
  • Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4
  • Comfortable using AI tools for SEO workflows

Plus:

  • Experience with Shopify SEO
  • Exposure to programmatic SEO / content scaling
  • Understanding of GEO / AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
