Key Responsibilities

• Google Business Profile Management
• Manage Google Business Profiles end-to-end for multiple clients and locations.
• Create, claim, verify, and optimize new Google Business Profiles.
• Handle GMB verification, including video verification and postcard, phone, or email verification wherever applicable.
• Resolve suspended, disabled, duplicate, and unverified listings.
• Manage business information, including name, address, phone number, category, hours, services, photos, and attributes.
• Handle multiple-location and bulk listing management.
• Monitor and resolve Google listing-related issues and escalations.
• Manage and optimize Google Reviews, including review monitoring and response management.
• Identify incorrect information, duplicate listings, and potential profile issues.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents, credentials, videos, and business information for verification.
• Work closely with the internal team to troubleshoot Google Business Profile/API-related issues.
• Monitor listing health and ensure profiles remain accurate and compliant with Google's guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of all listings, verification status, issues, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Stay updated with Google Business Profile policies, verification processes, and product changes.
• Client Coordination
• Communicate directly with clients regarding GMB requirements and verification.
• Guide clients step-by-step during video verification and other verification processes.
• Follow up with clients for missing information or required documents.
• Explain GMB issues and solutions in simple, non-technical language.
• Ensure issues are tracked and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Reporting and Operations
• Maintain a complete database of all managed listings.
• Track total listings, verified/unverified listings, suspended listings, pending verifications, duplicate listings, open issues, and resolved issues.
• Prepare regular reports on listing performance and operational status.
