About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with a strong strategic mindset, proven technical expertise, and a track record of delivering measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions.
The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of Search Engine Optimization, manage SEO projects end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive sustainable organic performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed SEO audits to identify opportunities and technical issues.
- Perform competitive analysis, keyword research, and SERP landscape evaluation to guide content & technical roadmaps.
- Plan quarterly and annual SEO growth targets.
On-page SEO
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Work closely with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, landing pages, and keyword-rich assets.
- Define and implement content clustering, topic authority building, and search intent mapping.
Technical SEO
- Monitor and improve site speed, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices such as structured data, XML sitemaps, mobile optimization, schema markup, canonicalization, and page experience improvements.
- Manage and optimize website performance related to Core Web Vitals & page load metrics.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop and manage high-quality link-building and digital PR strategies.
- Identify partnerships, outreach opportunities, and industry publications for backlinks.
- Monitor link profile health and disavow toxic links when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and action plans.
- Monitor ranking fluctuations and implement corrective measures proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, and Content teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into all development cycles.
- Collaborate with paid marketing teams to maximize synergy between SEO and SEM.
- Guide writers, designers, and developers on SEO standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success in competitive niches.
- Demonstrated experience improving organic visibility and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Expertise with SEO tools: Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.
