We're looking for a Manager - SEO

Snabbit is India's first Quick-Service App delivering home services in just 10 minutes through a hyperlocal network of trained and verified professionals. Backed by Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Lightspeed, Snabbit is redefining the home services space by combining speed, quality, and trust.

We're looking for an SEO Manager who can turn organic search into a compounding growth engine for Snabbit - building scalable systems, raising the bar on search excellence, and driving high-intent demand at scale.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an SEO / ASO Manager who can build Snabbit's organic growth engine from the ground up. This role will own SEO (web growth) and ASO (app store growth), and will be responsible for making organic a predictable, compounding acquisition channel - not a side project.

You'll work closely with Product, Content, Engineering, and Data to build strong search foundations, scale high-intent traffic, and systematically improve discovery across Google and app stores. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves structure, content, rankings, funnels, and long-term growth curves.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own Snabbit's SEO strategy: From keyword universe and site architecture to content, on-page, and technical SEO.
  • Scale high-intent organic traffic: Identify and grow demand across service categories, locations, and use-cases.
  • Drive technical SEO excellence: Work with engineering on site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema, internal linking, and large-scale SEO hygiene.
  • Own content-led growth: Partner with content and category teams to build scalable, high-ranking pages (programmatic + editorial).
  • Optimize for conversions, not just traffic: Improve organic funnel from landing booking repeat usage.
  • Build SEO experimentation muscle: Run structured tests on titles, templates, internal linking, content formats, and landing pages.
  • Own reporting and insights: Build dashboards, track KPIs, and clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholdersturning data into decisions.

ASO

  • Drive app discovery & conversion: Own keyword strategy, metadata, creatives, and store page conversion rate for Play Store & App Store.
  • Run continuous ASO experiments: Test titles, descriptions, screenshots, videos, and localization.
  • Improve install quality, not just volume: Work with performance & product to ensure ASO brings high-intent, high-retention users.
  • Track store performance: Keywords, impressions, CVR, and contribution to overall growth.

Measurement, Systems & Collaboration

  • Own dashboards & reporting: Track SEO & ASO KPIs clearly - traffic, rankings, orders, CVR, cohorts, and business impact.
  • Work cross-functionally: With Product, Eng, Content, and Growth to ensure SEO is built into product and workflows - not bolted on later.
  • Build compounding systems: Create templates, playbooks, and processes that scale beyond manual execution.

What we're looking for

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in SEO (and some ASO) for a consumer internet company, marketplace, or high-scale content platform.
  • Strong hands-on SEO track record: You've grown organic traffic and business impact, not just rankings.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and content SEO.
  • Working knowledge of ASO: Play Store & App Store keyword optimization, creatives, and conversion optimization.
  • Deeply data-driven: Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Strong grasp of funnels & intent: You think in terms of use-cases, categories, and user journeys - not just keywords.
  • Builder mindset: High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort building from zero.
