We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving measurable growth through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage PPC, display, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, and ad platform pixels
- Stay updated with latest performance marketing trends and platform updates
Skills & Requirements
- 15 years of experience in Performance / Paid Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
Good to Have
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Advertising
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
