Executive Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SEO Manager with hands-on experience to drive organic traffic growth for our financial services platform. You'll lead SEO strategies for stockbroking tools, financial calculators, and content hubs, leveraging advanced techniques like AEO, GEO, and AI-powered optimization to outpace competitors. This role reports to the SEO manager and plays a key part in scaling topical authority and backlink profiles
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations for high-traffic financial pages.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, content gap audits, and keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and the Google ecosystem.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns through guest posting, outreach, and partnerships in the financial niche.
- Optimize content for AI search (AEO/GEO) and LLMs, integrating structured data, topical maps, and semantic SEO.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates, perform site audits, and implement core web vitals improvements for large-scale websites.
- Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals, targeting 30-50% YoY organic growth.
- Analyze performance via Google Analytics/Search Console, adobe analytics delivering daily, weekly, monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven SEO
Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in financial services, stockbroking, or fintech (e.g., optimizing calculators and stock pages).
- Bachelor's/Master's in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Expertise in tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Search Console.
- Strong track record in backlink acquisition, content strategy, and technical SEO for competitive niches.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM applications in SEO (e.g., topical authority building, automated audits).
