About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager who can develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, generate qualified leads, and maximize online visibility.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, analytics, link acquisition, and search engine algorithms. You will work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and marketing teams to execute data-driven SEO campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Conduct detailed SEO audits and identify opportunities for technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor and improve website health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Lead link-building and digital outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority and search rankings.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-focused content strategies.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and SEO performance using analytics platforms.
- Track, measure, and report SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic growth, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Manage local SEO, international SEO, and enterprise SEO initiatives where applicable.
- Identify new growth opportunities through content marketing, AI-powered search optimization, and emerging search technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content Optimization.
- Proven experience improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and related SEO tools.
- Experience with website audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for SaaS, technology, software development, or B2B businesses.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
- Experience working with international markets, particularly the US market, is highly desirable.
