Akrati Jewels Inc. is looking for a highly experienced SEO Manager who can lead the complete SEO function—from strategy and technical execution to team management and organic growth. This is a leadership role for someone who has delivered measurable ranking and traffic growth, especially in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term SEO growth strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team, assign tasks, review performance, and mentor team members.
  • Own complete On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO execution across the website.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site architecture.
  • Build high-authority backlink strategies and improve overall domain performance.
  • Work closely with the Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and prepare actionable monthly performance reports.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase visibility, revenue, and organic acquisition.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of proven experience in SEO with strong leadership exposure.
  • Expert knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience managing an SEO team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in E-commerce or Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
