SEO Manager (12 Years Experience) Remote
We're looking for a hands-on SEO Manager with 12 years of experience who understands on-site SEO inside-out.
- This is not a theory role.
- This is a doer role.
You will be working on multiple brands across manufacturing, healthcare, and D2C businesses.
Remote role. Delhi-based candidates are a plus (monthly in-person meet at our South Delhi studio).
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Complete on-site SEO optimization
- Technical SEO audits
- Keyword mapping & intent clustering
- Page-level optimization (titles, meta, schema, internal linking)
- Content structure guidance for writers
- Site architecture planning
- Competitor analysis
- Basic backlink strategy planning
You should be comfortable working closely with:
- Content writers
- Designers
- Developers
- Marketing team
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of practical SEO experience
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page optimization
- Search intent
- Internal linking
- Schema basics
- Core Web Vitals (basic level)
- Ability to structure pages for ranking
- Comfortable using tools like:
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
- Screaming Frog (basic understanding)
We are NOT looking for:
- Someone who only builds backlinks
- Someone who only writes blogs
- Someone who knows SEO theoretically
- Someone dependent purely on AI tools
Important
Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical test:
- Keyword clustering
- Page structure suggestion
- On-page audit exercise
We are looking for someone who understands how ranking actually works.
