About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, search engines, and online content optimization. The SEO Associate will support the team in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
- Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Support content teams with SEO recommendations and best practices.
- Perform basic website audits to identify technical SEO issues.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and competitor performance.
- Help build and maintain SEO reports and performance dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of content marketing and keyword research.
- Understanding of website structure, HTML basics, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO is an added advantage.
