Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO activities for our website.

You will collaborate with senior SEO professionals to improve search visibility, implement SEO strategies, and ensure all activities are executed accurately.

We expect someone who can think independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Execution: Independently manage day-to-day SEO activities and implement strategies alongside senior SEO specialists.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to improve organic rankings.
3. On-Page SEO: Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, and website content.
4. Technical SEO: Identify and resolve indexing issues, redirects, broken links, canonical tags, and crawlability problems.
5. Content SEO: Prepare SEO briefs, identify content gaps, and ensure published content follows SEO best practices.
6. SEO Audits & QA: Regularly audit website pages, identify issues, and verify implementations to prevent SEO errors.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools.
8. Process Improvement: Maintain SEO workflows, documentation, and checklists while suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of practical SEO experience working on live websites.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Ability to investigate SEO issues and execute tasks independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working from our Surat office.
