Role Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our forward-thinking digital team. In this role, you won't just be doing traditional SEO; you will be at the forefront of AI-driven SEO workflows. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end SEO strategies, from keyword clustering to AI-assisted content optimization, ensuring our projects stay ahead of search engine algorithms.
Key Responsibilities (Daily Tasks):
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Perform keyword research, clustering, and mapping using premium tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- On-Page Optimization: Independently optimize meta titles, descriptions, H1-H6 tags, and internal link structures for better crawlability.
- AI-Powered Content: Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper to create content briefs, FAQs, and schema-ready snippets that rank.
- Technical SEO & Audits: Monitor site health using Screaming Frog and fix indexing issues via Google Search Console.
- Data Analysis: Track organic growth, bounce rates, and conversions using GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
- Competitor Analysis: Summarize competitor SERP strategies and identify content gaps.
- Documentation: Manage SEO workflows and performance reports in Notion or Confluence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (BBA/MBA/BCA) with a certified course in Digital Marketing/SEO.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grip on On-page SEO, Technical SEO, and Link Building basics.
- AI Skills: Must be comfortable using AI tools for content efficiency (Prompt Engineering is a plus).
- Tools: Basic hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret data from Google Search Console and GA4.
- Location: Must be a resident of Surat or willing to relocate.
