Search Engine Optimization Executive

We're looking for an SEO Executive who understands the fundamentals of search and is excited to build hands-on experience across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Execute SEO strategies and activities across client websites and digital properties.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent research, and identify content opportunities.

• Implement on-page SEO activities including meta titles, descriptions, headings, content optimization, internal linking, and URL optimization.

• Support off-page SEO activities including link building, backlink analysis, outreach, and other relevant strategies.

• Assist with technical SEO activities such as website audits, indexing, crawlability, broken links, site structure, and basic page performance improvements.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility.

• Use Google Search Console and other SEO tools to identify issues and opportunities.

• Work closely with content, website, design, and strategy teams to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented effectively.

• Prepare regular SEO reports and track progress against defined goals.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging trends in AI-powered search.

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Good understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

• Hands-on experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and website optimization.

• Basic understanding of Google Search Console and SEO tools.

• Good understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is good to have.

• Basic understanding of AI Search, AEO, AI Overviews, and evolving search experiences is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.

• A willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.

• Have agency experience or have worked on multiple client accounts.

• Have worked with real estate, premium, or service-based brands.

• Have experience with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.

• Have basic knowledge of schema markup, structured data, or semantic SEO.

• Have experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Work with premium and growth-focused brands where SEO directly contributes to business growth.

• Get hands-on exposure to different industries, websites, and SEO challenges.

• Work closely with content, strategy, design, website, and growth teams.

• Learn and grow across traditional SEO as well as emerging AI-powered search.
