Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Executive (Leads Generation) role based in Gurugram. The SEO Executive will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies focused on generating qualified leads for the company and its clients. Daily tasks include performing keyword research, optimizing website pages and content, and conducting regular SEO audits to improve search rankings and conversion rates. The role involves managing link building activities, tracking backlinks, and identifying opportunities for high-quality off-page promotion. The SEO Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align SEO campaigns with lead-generation goals, monitor performance using analytics tools, and prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations. In addition, the role will coordinate with social media marketing efforts to support brand visibility and inbound lead flow.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize landing pages and content for lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Link Building and off-page optimization to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Ability to conduct detailed SEO Audits and implement technical and content-related improvements.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support traffic growth and inbound leads.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO audit platforms).
  • Solid understanding of lead-generation funnels, conversion tracking, and basic CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and propose clear action plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or professional services domains is an advantage.
