Position Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven SEO manager to join our team. You'll work closely with our team and clients to lead high-impact SEO initiatives that drive meaningful traffic, increase visibility, and support growth goals. From technical audits to content strategy, you'll own the process end-to-end and help shape how our clients win in organic search today.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Build and execute SEO strategies that align with client goals, combining technical, content, and authority-building efforts.

·   Lead deep keyword and intent-based research to uncover opportunities across all buyer journey stages.

  • Optimise site architecture, internal linking, and page performance to meet Core Web Vitals and search experience standards.
  • Partner with content teams to craft SEO-informed content strategies that actually rank and convert.
  • Identify and drive high-quality backlink acquisition strategies that strengthen authority in relevant niches.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and proactively surface technical issues, with clear plans for resolution.
  • Use analytics and SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track performance and communicate progress with clarity.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, evolving SERP features, AI-driven search behaviours, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to ensure strategy is aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, ideally across multiple industries or client accounts.
  • Deep technical SEO knowledge, with confidence navigating audits, indexation, schema markup, and site performance.
  • Proven success in scaling organic traffic and improving keyword visibility in competitive spaces.
  • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc) and adapting strategies for AI-driven search features.
  • Ability to translate data into insights, and insights into action.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts, setting clear priorities, and communicating effectively.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and a bias for execution.
