Search Engine Optimization Executive

Job Description:

FirstBit is looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive who not only understands SEO fundamentals but also knows how to leverage AI tools to boost productivity, creativity, and performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about using AI in day-to-day SEO tasks—whether it's keyword research, content creation, reporting, or competitor analysis—and eager to stay ahead of evolving digital trends.

Requirements:

·       Plan and execute AI-driven SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.

·       Set up and manage new SEO campaigns from start to finish.

·       Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-based assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, etc.).

·       Generate SEO-friendly content ideas and outlines with the help of AI tools, ensuring content aligns with search intent and brand tone.

·       Optimize website content, meta tags, blogs, and landing pages for SEO and readability.

·       Use AI tools to automate and speed up reporting, performance analysis, and data insights.

·       Track key performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) using GA4 and Search Console.

·       Collaborate with content and social media teams to integrate SEO across all digital channels.

·       Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging AI trends in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Set-up new Organic Search Optimization campaigns
• Development, design, and implementation of multiple Interactive SEO/Social Media plans and strategies
• Content development and optimization
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
• Search engine optimization (SEO) planning and account management
• Set measurable goals/KPIs that demonstrate improvement in the marketing efforts.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals & and set appropriate KPIs.
• Research & and develop keywords and recommend copy for optimizing organic search campaigns on the major search engines.
• Oversee SEO program implementation from pre-launch deliverables through performance reporting.
• Analyze and review client website traffic metrics, rankings, and impact on the business revenue
• Research and recommend new digital marketing strategies, Internet marketing and advertising technologies, and current Internet trends
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Create and execute link-building strategy.
• Quality check and proofreading
• Client interaction and reporting
• Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, GA4 and ScreamingFrog

·       Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge.
