About the Role
We're looking for an energetic SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The role demands a sharp analytical mind, hands-on technical ability, and a passion for content-driven SEO. You will execute and monitor strategies across clients from diverse industries, ensuring visibility, traffic growth, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across multiple websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits.
- Optimize site structure, content, meta data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Support link-building and outreach initiatives.
- Track rankings, monitor analytics, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure SEO alignment.
- Manage and use SEO tools and assets, Google Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Ubersuggest, amongst others.
- Apply emerging Gen-AI SEO techniques (prompt-assisted keyword clustering, AI SERP analysis, and AI-generated content optimization).
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google algorithms.
- Proficiency in technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Data Studio, Excel).
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for SEO research and ideation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
KPIs
- Keyword ranking improvement (top 10 visibility %).
- Organic traffic growth (MoM / QoQ).
- Backlink quality and domain authority growth.
- Technical health score (audit metrics).
- Contribution to client leads / conversions from organic search.
