Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Executive role based in Bhopal. The SEO Executive will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and performing regular SEO audits to improve site visibility and performance. The role includes planning and executing link-building strategies, monitoring backlinks, and ensuring adherence to search engine guidelines. The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and campaign assets for search. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking rankings and traffic, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and coordinating with social media marketing efforts to support overall digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and guide optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Link Building techniques, outreach, and backlink analysis while following ethical, search engine–compliant methods.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and its role in supporting SEO, brand visibility, and traffic generation.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research platforms, and SEO auditing tools.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare clear performance reports, and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices; experience in an agency environment is a plus.
