We are hiring for a group of brands under CertifyGlobal, operating across healthcare technology, payments, and workforce credentialing.
- One of our platforms focuses on improving patient experience, operational workflows, and revenue outcomes for outpatient healthcare practices.
- Another platform is built around secure, compliant payment processing and revenue collection infrastructure for healthcare providers.
- The third platform focuses on credentialing, verification, and management of professionals and volunteers across organizations.
These are product-led businesses, and organic growth plays a critical role in how we scale visibility, authority, and pipeline.
This is a Work From Office role.

Role Overview
We are looking for someone to own SEO and organic growth as a function, not just execute tasks.
This role requires:
- Strong fundamentals
- Hands-on execution experience
- Ability to connect search with business outcomes
You will be expected to handle strategy, execution, tracking, and authority building across organic channels.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for building and improving organic visibility across search, ensuring that the right pages are created, optimized, and positioned to drive meaningful traffic and engagement.
This includes working on:
- Keyword research, mapping, and competitive analysis
- Identifying opportunities across search intent and gaps in existing content
- Working closely with content, product, and development teams to ensure pages are structured and optimized correctly
- Maintaining discipline across tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
You will also be expected to:
- Work on backlink acquisition, guest posting, and authority-building initiatives
- Identify relevant platforms and opportunities for external visibility
- Build a consistent pipeline of quality links and placements
A strong part of this role is understanding how users search, what they are looking for, and how to align content and pages accordingly—not just placing keywords.
Tools & Platforms (Expected Working Knowledge)
You should be comfortable working with:
- SEMrush (including content-related features)
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Moz (or similar tools)
- Google Search Operators
- Google Tag Manager
- PageSpeed Insights
CMS & Web:
- WordPress
- SEO related plugins
Technical & Practical Understanding
You are expected to have working knowledge of:
- How websites function beyond just content
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work with or alongside development teams to implement changes
- Awareness of how technical aspects impact search performance
Understanding of scripting or automation (e.g., Python) is an added advantage.

What Will Not Work in This Role
- Surface-level understanding of SEO
- Over-reliance on tools without understanding fundamentals
- Keyword stuffing or volume driven content thinking
- Inability to explain your past work in detail
Experience Required
- 3-7 years of relevant SEO experience
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or similar domains is preferred
