We're looking for an SEO expert to manage all the search engine optimization activities to lead and scale our online presence for our fast-paced B2B tech media publication Tech Research Online. You will be responsible for managing the activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will be responsible for increasing the company's organic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine result rankings.
- Perform keyword research strategy with ongoing trends.
- Work on content ideation and creation plan to build topical authority.
- Plan and execute a strong internal linking strategy.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Collaborating with web developers (tech team) and product team to ensure the necessary technical architecture is in place.
- Resolving technical errors including 404, page speed issues, canonical issues, core web vitals, page experience etc.
- Develop and implement an outreach strategy for guest posting and link building.
- Perform competitor analysis in terms of their content strategy, keyword strategy, site architecture and backlinking profile.
- Keeping up to date with new trends, Google algorithms and best SEO practices.
Requirements
- Expertise in SEO tools like Ahref, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Proven experience in creating content strategies and in detailed keyword research
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of Guest Posting & Email Outreach.
- Experience working on different analytical tools GA4, Google Data Studio
- Experience with custom CMS or WordPress for posting regular content on the website.
- Experience in implementing Schema Markups, Structured Data & other SEO strategies.
- 1+ years of experience in handling SEO projects.
