Novac Technology Solutions is looking for a results-driven SEO Associate with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably with B2B experience, to improve organic visibility, website rankings, and website performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO tools, along with a good understanding of evolving search trends including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular website SEO audits to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and on-page SEO issues.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health.
• Handle XML sitemap and robots.txt implementation and maintenance.
• Perform on-page optimization including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading tags, URLs, canonical tags, internal linking, and other SEO elements.
• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup.
• Monitor backlink profiles, domain authority, and overall off-page SEO performance.
• Support high-quality backlink-building and outreach activities.
• Identify opportunities for guest posting, directory submissions, and businesslistings.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, impressions, CTR, and engagement metrics.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of keyword research and analysis using various SEO tools.
• Knowledge of using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), SEMrush / Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Contribute content topic ideas and SEO strategies to support organic growth across SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to receive content and creative deliverables on time.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve SEO-related technical issues and implementation requirements.
• Ensure SEO recommendations are properly implemented during new page creation and website updates.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates & SEO trends.
• Exposure to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is an added advantage.
