Objective
Drive organic growth, e-commerce performance, and global search visibility for HOSPIDIO's websites and digital platforms in the healthcare and medical tourism niche. This role combines SEO strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand authority, online conversions, and patient engagement worldwide, while also spearheading growth initiatives for upcoming e-commerce elements within the medical travel domain.
Core Responsibilities
- Use AI-powered tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization focusing on healthcare topics.
- Collaborate with medical content creators to ensure content is AI-enhanced and SEO-friendly.
- Implement technical SEO strategies for mobile, speed, and crawlability improvements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-driven platforms.
- Automate regular SEO tasks (rank tracking, audits, reporting) using machine learning tools.
- Track AI search trends and adapt strategies for emerging generative AI search engines.
- Identify and manage opportunities for backlink building and AI-powered linking campaigns.
- Collaborate across marketing and technical teams to align SEO strategies with hospital business objectives.
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Optimize site structure, interlinking, and content for maximum organic reach.
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities and areas for SEO optimization within hospidio.com.
- Plan and optimize new landing pages targeting high-intent keywords to boost organic lead growth and improve user experience.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Support growth in international markets (Africa, Middle East, Pacific).
- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- 13 years of relevant experience in onpage SEO and e-commerce solutions, with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven SEO solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
- Deep understanding of global SEO trends, algorithm updates, multilingual/multiregional SEO.
- Analytical, data-driven, proactive, and results-focused approach.
