About Role:
We are hiring a results-driven SEM & Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and additional platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign experience, and a deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Performance Marketing Deliverables
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform performance marketing campaigns
- Handle full-funnel strategy: awareness consideration conversion
- Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, and performance KPIs
- Build retargeting funnels and custom audience strategies
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign health daily and implement optimisation actions
- Generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards with insights
- Google Ads Management
- Set up and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and targeting
- Improve Quality Score, reduce CPA, and drive high-intent traffic
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage conversion-focused campaigns
- Build retargeting layers and lookalike audiences
- Optimise ad placements, creatives, and messaging for better conversions
- Paid Campaign Execution
- End-to-end campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting
- Implement conversion tracking using GTM, Pixels, UTM parameters
- Work with creative teams to ensure performance-driven creatives
- Maintain campaign hygiene and ensure platform policy compliance
- SEO Support
- Keyword research for content teams
- n-page optimisation recommendations
- Assist in link-building and improving organic visibility
- Track organic performance using analytics tools
What We're Looking For:
- 23 years of experience in SEM & performance marketing
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics & GTM
- Ability to analyse data and drive actionable insights
- Understanding of conversion optimisation & basic landing page UX
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Performance-driven mindset with an eye for detail
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn or Pinterest Ads
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Understanding of CRM and automation workflows
