Role Overview:
AdLift is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing for E-commerce and D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets (80 Lakhs 1 Crore/month) and driving performance-led growth strategies across digital platforms.
This is a strategic and leadership role, responsible for campaign planning, client growth strategy, team management, and leading client pitches and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Strategy & Campaign Management
- Lead paid media strategy and execution for E-commerce and D2C clients.
- Manage and optimize monthly budgets of 80L1Cr with strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and scaling campaigns.
Platform Expertise
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through audience testing, creatives, and data-driven insights.
Client Strategy & Growth
- Partner with clients to build growth strategies and present performance insights.
- Identify opportunities to scale budgets, improve performance, and expand channels.
Pitching & Business Development
- Lead client pitches, media strategies, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 68+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience working with E-commerce and D2C brands.
- Deep expertise in: Meta ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles and leading strategic discussions.
