Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our performance marketing team. He/she is responsible for managing performance channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display, being responsible for the execution of the strategy, performance of client KPIs, and maintaining adherence to deadlines and best practices.
Looking for an enthusiastic and passionate performance marketer having experience of 3 - 4 years.
- Research and execute key aspects of the campaign such as audience research, account
- structure, etc.
- Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media
- strategies with actionable next-step recommendations, maintaining a high standard of
- operational excellence.
- Execute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to
- create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPIs.
- Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings in to future
- campaign activities.
- Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and
- propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project
- deliverables.
- Partner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and message. 8.
- Responsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent accordingly
- without under/over-delivery.
- Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation & post-campaign review for the set of brands.
Skills:
- Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search engine
- marketing (SEM), Display, Facebook, and other ad platforms strategies and techniques.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns for large-scale local/regional clients,
- preferably across different industries.
- Working on App and web campaigns in all channels which includes Facebook, Google,
- LinkedIn, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Understanding of Media partners and communication.
- Knows the basics of Google and FB like Formulas, terminologies, dashboard, etc.
- Knows about the latest updates in Google and Facebook primarily.
- It will be 100% execution work, which involves strategic involvement and implementation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to proactively organize daily tasks
