Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Marketing who will act as a strategic advisor and domain specialist across digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance marketing, programmatic, paid media, analytics, and digital strategy to guide teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert for all digital marketing-related strategies and execution.
- Provide strategic direction across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic (DV360), Display, and Video.
- Develop and review digital media plans aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Guide teams on campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance improvement.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights for growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, IAB standards, and platform algorithm changes.
- Support business development teams with pitch strategies and solution design.
- Mentor and train internal teams to enhance digital capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including media planning, analytics, and creative.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and other programmatic platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
