About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Seamless Knitting Head to lead and manage our seamless knitting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in circular seamless knitting machines and a proven ability to drive production efficiency while maintaining top-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage seamless knitting production to achieve daily & monthly targets
- Operate and supervise circular seamless knitting machines
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and reduce downtime
- Monitor fabric quality and troubleshoot knitting defects
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine servicing
- Implement process improvements for higher productivity
- Train and supervise operators and technicians
- Maintain production reports and quality records
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Collaborate with design and sampling teams for new developments
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering / Knitting Technology / Garment Manufacturing
- Additional certifications in knitting technology are a plus
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of seamless knitting technology
- Expertise in troubleshooting knitting and machine issues
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Understanding of yarn behavior, fabric structures & garment construction
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and machine handling
Preferred Skills
- Experience with leading seamless knitting machine brands
- Background in seamless garment manufacturing units
