Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Seamer Operator located in Nicobar. The Seamer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining seamers to ensure efficient sealing of products. Daily tasks include monitoring machine efficiency, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting potential equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The role also involves collaboration with production teams to maintain optimal performance and meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating seamer equipment and mechanical systems
• Technical knowledge in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Previous experience in a food production or canning facility is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
