Job Title / Designation: ASST MANAGER/MANAGER- PLACEMENTS
Job Description:-
Industry Connect
- Liaison with industry to build partnerships and knowledge building.
- Connecting with working professionals for:
- Knowledge sharing workshops & guest lectures
- Internships and placement opportunities
- Searching for opportunities for Industry partnerships to help certification efforts.
Placements
- Ensuring a database of updated vacancies in related industries.
- Researching opportunities using various portals and online search
- Assessing job opportunities and find matching skill set from the eligible student pool
- Sharing CVs with respective SPOCs and follow up to closure
- Placement process orientation for students
- Manage the Placement Process & Placement Calendar for students of the academy.
- Tie up with Potential Companies for Final Placement & Internship of our Students in Media & Entertainment Industry.
- Subsequently meeting them in Mumbai/ Bangalore / Pune to take it forward
- On a day to day basis coordinate with all respective Vertical Heads, Head of Business Development & Vertical coordinators for Placement related activities.
- To help Students prepare their resumes & update it accordingly
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordination and interaction with academic team (respective Academic Head and faculty) to discuss fitment and eligibility
- Mentoring students – one-on-on sessions with students to give them the insights and guidance to help them succeed in interviews/placement processes.
- Interview preparation and soft skill enhancement sessions – interacting with trainers to provide the right training to students who are ready for placement.
Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for the right person

Minimum/ Work Experience Required: 7+ years
