To oversee the operations of LCL Consolidation.
Effective and efficient handling of LCL export shipments and Managing set KPIs
How you create impact
- Review DSR and prepare COH, Follow up with Carrier for Booking , Link all House Jobs and Submit SI/AMS through EDI / VGM
- Maintain the consistency on Traditional SACO like HAM/ANR/GOA/NYC/FXT and SIN Gateway.
- Prepare NCR for all SACO & analyse the performance of the SACO BOX. Ensure all SACO bookings are released timely by carrier and avoid roll over.
- Ensure all cost entry is done on time and its validated & cost is distributed to all files.
- Maintain SACO equipment utilization with monthly average utilization hitting over reported monthly average
- To review and develop new SACO lanes as agreed with ZS-X.
- Update SACO and Co-loader Sailing schedules every Month.
- Work closely with co-loaders and plan the cargo movement and stuffings on time , Send shipping instructions with co-loader.
- Follow up for ATD and MBL, Invoices.
- Review performance of co-loaders, give feedback - Review cost and revenue and increase the Profitability.
- To ensure top quality of operations and not limited to Planning, Linking, SACO, Co-load but also in MyKN bookings and KN Optima Solutions.
- Conversion of co-loaded volumes into self-controlled SACO's, Follow the Methodology - SACO -- Gateway -- Co-load
- Work closely with all CCL Team and provide clear and constructive support to serve customer with solutions.
What we would like you to bring
- 2+ years of experience in Sea Logistics, with strong hands-on experience in LCL Export Operations.
- Preferably 3-4 years of relevant LCL experience, handling 100+ files per month.
- Strong experience in LCL consolidation, console planning, CFS management, and cargo movement.
- Hands-on experience managing co-loaders, carrier bookings, stuffing, sailing schedules, and shipment execution.
- Good knowledge of SACO/consolidation box planning, equipment utilization, and preventing shipment rollovers.
- Experience with SI/AMS, VGM, House Job linking, MBL, ATD, invoices, cost entry, and shipment documentation.
- Ability to monitor SACO and co-loader performance, analyze costs/revenue, and support profitability improvement.
- Experience with Tier-1 freight forwarders and co-loaders is preferred liner, shipper, or carrier-only profiles are not suitable.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- English, Hindi, and local-language proficiency required strong team player with LCL Import experience considered secondary.
