We are looking for an experienced Sea Import Pricing Manager with strong carrier negotiation skills and deep exposure to FCL and LCL import pricing.
This role is for professionals who understand the market, not freshers and not generalists.
- What You Will DoNegotiate import ocean freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents
- Handle RFQs and spot rate requests for sea imports
- Prepare competitive and accurate rate quotations for sales teams
- Maintain and update rate sheets across key trade lanes
- Monitor market trends, GRIs, and carrier surcharges
- Coordinate with sales and operations for rate feasibility
- Ensure margin compliance and rate accuracy
- What We Are Looking for a candidate having 2-4 years of experience in sea import pricing in a freight forwarding company
- Strong knowledge of FCL and LCL import cost structures
- Hands-on experience with shipping lines and overseas agents
- Good understanding of Incoterms and trade lanes
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and pricing tools knowledge
- EducationGraduate in any discipline.
- Logistics or supply chain preferred.
