Actively Hiring Role: Dy. Manager / Manager – Sea Freight Exports- Freight forwarding industry

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8–10 years in Sea Export Operations

CTC: Up to **₹20 LPA**

Industry Preferred: **Freight Forwarding**

Key Responsibilities: *

Manage end-to-end Sea Export operations & documentation

* Lead and mentor Sea Export customer service & operations team

* Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, shipping lines & vendors

* Ensure timely shipment updates, pre-alerts, invoicing & documentation

* Handle customer escalations, claims & service issues

* Monitor job profitability, WIP, accruals, cost & revenue postings

* Negotiate rates with carriers and support space procurement

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, KPIs, SLAs & operational standards

Must Have:

* Freight Forwarding experience

* Team Handling experience

* Sea Export Documentation expertise

* Experience in CW1 (CargoWise One) or Tango preferred
