Role Description The Sea Export Import Executive (EXIM Logistics) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end sea export and import operations, including booking shipments, coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists. The executive will track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, handle customs-related formalities in coordination with relevant partners, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth cargo movement. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policies. The role also requires close coordination with vendors, transporters, and port authorities to optimize costs and service quality.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of sea Export operations, including documentation, coordination with carriers, and regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of sea Import operations, including shipment tracking, customs clearance coordination, and adherence to import regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Import Logistics skills, including end-to-end supply chain coordination, shipment planning, and problem-solving in port and transportation activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, shipping partners, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Relevant experience in EXIM logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in sea cargo operations.
• Working knowledge of incoterms, international trade regulations, and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems for documentation and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Graduate degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
